Digital Video service
We
take digital video of your premises inside
and out. It is then compiled,
converted, and saved to DVD which is then
delivered to you. |
Digital Photo service
We
take digital stills of individual items or
groups of items on your premises. These
photos are then organized into
presentation form and burned to DVD to
enable you to view them either on your
computer or via your DVD player. |
Cataloging service
When we come to your location we catalog
and document contents of your castle.
You'll receive
an itemized listing of all the contents of
your premises which includes make, model
and serial numbers, descriptions,
quantities, and any other pertinent
details which may be item specific. This
service does not include collectibles and
certain other items which are covered by
the collections or special items services
below. |
Remote Storage service
Offsite
vaulted storage of a copy of all media as
delivered to you. We will maintain a copy
of your inventory deliverables in our
offsite storage facility. In the
event of disaster your information will
still be available for retrieval. |
Alternate media
We
can provide non-standard media if
required. Our standard media
delivery is on DVD, but we can provide CD
or VHS tape as required and appropriate
for an additional fee. |
Collection
cataloging service
Collections
are normally cataloged as a group.
This service provides detailed cataloging
of each individual item within the
collection. This service is provided on an
hourly basis. |
Special
items service
If
you have cars, boats, or other specialty
items which require additional
documentation we can handle those as well.
These items are handled on an hourly
basis. |
Duplicate
media
We
can provide you with additional copies of
deliverables if you should need to provide
the information to any third parties or
for your own offsite storage. This allows
you to provide your own disaster recovery. |
Hardcopy
Listings
We
can provide printouts of your itemized
lists for you in addition to the
electronic copy you will receive. This
service is billed on a per page
basis. |
